San Hsing Food Enterprise Company– Inheriting the Flavors of an Era, Innovating for a Delicious Future
San Hsing's story began in the alleyways of Taipei in 1950, an era brimming with warmth and human connection. Our predecessor, San Hsing Candy Shop, was renowned for its delicious Valentine's Day candies, gold card chocolates, traditional nougat, and rice dumpling-shaped sugar packets. At traditional market stalls, San Hsing's candies were essential snacks for holidays and festivals, their sweet flavors accompanying countless families' laughter and warm memories.
However, with the changing times, market demands also subtly shifted. The popularity of chewing gum presented us with new challenges, leading to the launch of the highly popular Alibaba bubble gum, integrating innovation into traditional craftsmanship. However, facing the rise of imported candies and chocolates, the Taiwanese domestic candy market gradually declined. Faced with these difficulties, we chose to move forward, actively exploring new possibilities.
