Production steps

  • Preparing the base layer — chocolate pudding

    • Heat 120g of water to a boil, then add 10g of sugar and let it dissolve. Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in 10g of chocolate pudding powder. Stir well until boiling, then turn off the heat and let it cool to 80°C-85°C (before it solidifies). Stir again to cool and allow the internal and external temperatures to be even.
    • After filtering, pour the mixture into molds (such as glasses, pudding cups, or silicone molds) until it is about 1/3 full.
    • Refrigerate after cooling and wait for it to solidify.。
  • Preparing the middle layer — fresh milk pudding pudding

    • Take a new container, mix 120 grams of water and heat to a boil. Then add 10 grams of sugar and dissolve. Turn the heat down and slowly pour in 10 grams of fresh milk pudding powder. Stir well until boiling. Turn off the heat and let it cool to 80°C~85°C (before it solidifies). Stir again to cool it down and make the internal and external temperatures equal.
    • Once the first layer has slightly solidified but is still slightly moist on the surface, filter it and carefully pour it onto the bottom layer, filling it to about 2/3 full.。
    • Refrigeration solidification。
  • Preparing the top layer — Egg pudding tofu pudding

    • Finally, heat 120g of water/milk to a boil, then add 10g of sugar and dissolve. Turn the heat down and slowly pour in 10g of egg pudding powder. Whisk thoroughly until boiling, then turn off the heat and let it cool to 80°C~85°C (before it solidifies). Stir again to cool and allow the internal and external temperatures to be even.
    • After filtering, carefully pour it onto the top two layers to give the top layer a pure milky yellow color.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to allow all three layers to fully solidify and set.。

Decoration and enjoyment

You can add whipped cream, chocolate chips, caramel syrup, or cocoa powder to taste, or add fresh fruit or nuts for extra flavor and texture. It's recommended to enjoy it chilled for the best flavor.

Tips & Precautions

  • When pouring each layer, it is recommended to wait until the previous layer has slightly solidified before pouring the next layer to ensure that the layers adhere to each other and do not mix colors.
  • Alternatively, you can make the three types of pudding separately first, and then place them in the same container in equal layers.
  • To make the top layer of "fresh milk pudding " smoother and creamier, replace some of the water with milk, or add a small amount of milk powder/milk flavoring powder to enhance the milky aroma.
  • The amount of sugar used can be adjusted according to personal preference.
  • It is recommended to refrigerate and consume within 24–48 hours to maintain the best taste and flavor.
